Plural Endings "s" and "es"
This lesson consists of words that mean "more than one" which we call plurals. Adding s or es to base words are the two most common ways to change a base word to become plural. Sort these words by their plural endings.
Notice that the base word for the plural "eyes" is "eye". Just an s (not es) is added to make it plural. Find the base word first before sorting it!
Sort words made plural by adding just an s like "plants" under S.
Sort words made plural by adding es like "inches" under ES.
