SHORT VOWEL SOUNDS
This lesson has words having all short vowel sounds.
1. Say each word aloud and listen to its short vowel sound.
2. Read each word silently and listen in your mind for the short vowel sound.
3. Write the words and cut them out.
4. Sort the words into two categories: short "a", short "e", short "i", short "o", and short "u"
