SHORT a, i, and e SOUNDS
This lesson has words having the short "a", "i", and "e" sounds.
1. Say each word aloud and listen to the short vowel sounds.
2. Read each word silently and listen in your mind for the short vowel sounds.
3. Write the words and cut them out.
4. Sort the words into three categories: short "a", short "i", and short "e".
